Our courses range from geography field studies, to personal and social development, working with others, problem solving, communication and a range of expedition experiences.

We are fully licenced by the Adventure Activities Licencing Authority and operate rigourous internal risk assessments to ensure the safety of all our clients. Inside Out can offer an Scottish Qualifications Authority Problem Solving module 1, and our range of SQA's is expanding to include more core skills.
