InsideOut facilitates courses that focus on getting people job ready, and into jobs. This includes areas such as problem solving, team skills, effective communication, confidence and motivation.

InsideOut aims to increase employability by developing effective workplace behaviours, attitudes, and "soft skills" that employers look for in employees. These programmes can be designed to meet the specific needs of participants whether they will be working on a construction site, administration, kitchen or creche.

We believe our courses can inspire people to make a positive change to their futures. We offer a Scottish Qualification Authority module in Problem Solving, and will be offering more in the near future.

InsideOut provides support that builds upon people's knowledge, skills and experience giving them confidence and self belief and fostering personal growth. The courses can be residential or non residential, and range from one day intensive courses to multi-day programmes. Our courses stimulate, inspire and motivate people to exceed their expectations of themselves.
